Our Team at Tru2Care are highly trained to deliver personal care for yourself or a loved one whether its support with getting up and dressed , bathed ,showered each morning or with support into getting in bed . Our Team are trained in using moving and support equipment and are competent in using this , If your needs require more support we will be there to support you all the way in a person centered approach whilst ensuring the upmost dignity and respect so you are comfortable in your own home .
Medication
At Tru2Care Our team are trained to administer medication . We can support with medication whenever medication is needed and will be monitored regularly by our online E-Mar charts in which families can have the reassurance in which medication has been given and taken accordingly.
Appointments
Tru2care support clients regularly to any appointments they may need to attend and will liase with any professional to ensure you are receiving the correct treatment or you may just need support with transport in getting to appointments promptly in which we can support with too
Days Out
Tru2care pride ourselves in ensuring all of our clients have the most fulfilled life as possible and we will do whatever it takes to try and make sure this happens, whether its an old hobby you've not done in a while or simply a trip to the beach our highly fun friendly team will go over and beyond to make this happen .
Companionship
Tru2care are here to cater to anything you may need , perhaps you might just fancy a cup of tea and some company we can do this , or even if you need support with day to day tasks such as house chores and some shopping we are here to support you.
Palliative Care
At Tru2care , we will be there 24/7 for families who need support for a loved one on palliative care we are all trained to the highest level , we understand at tru2care that this can be difficult and with support not only to the client but the families too . we will ensure the final days are comfortable for you all. We feel anyone receiving palliative care receives the best care that they deserve.
